What temperature are you using? It should be approx. 150°c.
Maybe consider using an oil release agent
Are your plates coated with PTFE?
Was your baking plates preconditioned with with mold release agent before use…if not it will surely stick.
Known material used are Dubor products…
what kind of baking tray you are using? you should try greasing on it.
