I have plan to do research on waste utilization of fruits and vegetables so some fruits and vegetables peels has good absorption properties. For example: Banana peel has good absorption properties which can absorb fluoride in water. Do anyone have idea related about it?

Good research area. Please look for many journals online on waste utilization, you will send wonder. And you can produce Bioethanol with them. Its used in alcoholic beverages

I think orange peel can be used for obtaining vitamin c and pectinase which is used to clarify juices

Idea is good. But peel is used from years. You can innovate concept of waste addition in some other ways like as preservatives or value addition to processing technology as aid components

Fibre of these fruit, vegetable is useful for absorption and filtration.Plant Fibre as a collected waste source for quantity or specific waste absorption in industrial waste outlets, may be different target sources.
yes, it is a nanotechnology based application too… There are plenty of papers on adsorption for industrial / environmental waste using material strategies.
Its always the economicaly perspective of using these waste materials for final application on an industry scale that matters, and one may find it hard to achieve.
