Molecular Gastronomy Help!

Hello, I am trying to make some thing with Molecular Gastronomy. My Question is an project that is made with the Gastronomy Spherification Method such as a “Popping Boba” or “Fruit Spaghetti” or any other Sphere like substance, is it possible in any way to “DIP” these? or will they melt. I feel if you try to dip any sort of substance such as Boba’s or anything related they will melt upon contact, is there anyway I can dip these into any kind of casing, such as an edible Wax?
