Low sugar high protein snacks ideas

I was wondering if any ready formulation recipes on low sugar high protein rich snacks that is available or Ideas on that topic
1_ low sugar content less than 1 g per snack (depending on its weight and other ingredients)
2_ high protein
3_ no preservatives required
4_gluten free

Any ideas and tips are welcome

You can use polydextrose as a substitute of sugar. It contains fiber and low energy.

And it has not a strong sweetness.

Also what other options for sugar free high viscosity syrups? Other than honey for sure

For low calorie sugar u can use Stevia plant extract which nowadays getting more attention.
For protein enrichment u can subtitute flour with ragi (fingers millet) flour and banana starch

You can try almond with Lowkal sugar free powder .
