Is it possible to make instant curd as like as instant milk ( by milk powder)

Yep, absolutelly. You can make instant curd with instant milk and also using modified potato starch (I recomend Paselli BC from Avebe) and some hydrocolloids , such as guar gum, alginates or CMC , dependending your matrix and process . If you need other points of view, please, let me know.

In addition to the ingredients mentioned by Gabriel, you could also use lactic acid for the sour taste, Corbion supplies it under brand name Purac
