Is it possible to make instant curd as like as instant milk ( by milk powder)
Yep, absolutelly. You can make instant curd with instant milk and also using modified potato starch (I recomend Paselli BC from Avebe) and some hydrocolloids , such as guar gum, alginates or CMC , dependending your matrix and process . If you need other points of view, please, let me know.
