In determining Total phenolic content of any food sample, How can we prepare the gallic acid standard curve? How to prepare stock and working solutions and how to build a curve at spectrophotometer in order to compare it with sample curve?
Hi @AdilMehmood, I had experienced doing that twice right now. May I know what your method is? I’m asking because throughout my review for related studies, I’ve found out that there were several methods used to determine total phenolic content.
