Color issues in milk desserts

Hello ,
Please can you help me to find a solution for my problem related to milk color.
Dessert prepared from milk like rasmali etc is thermally processed ,after processing milk color change in to light pink …

Rasmalai should be white ( no additional color ) or yellow colored ( with saffron or turmeric).
If its rose colored there is some pink colorant maybe from.your impure rose water ,etc?:thinking:

Sir, No color added in it .
Before thermally processed it is white in color but after sterilization it changed color into light pink

Color pink is an odd color change for milk during heat treatment…pink color can only emanate from impurities present in your desert recipe …

Any preservative add in this like BHT to prevent this color changes in milk …

None …you should investigate where this odd color came from…
