If somebody is working on cold plasma technology then pls answer this question.
We know that cold plasma is composed of free e-, positively and negatively charges ions and other reactive species which are able to inactivate the microbs and enzymes and that is why researches are going on application of cold plasma for microbial destruction of food products so my question is that if the highly reactive species and ions which are able to damange the cellular components of microbes, will there not be any effect on food being decontaminated or preseved??
