We are coconut based curry mix manufacturers. From. Kerala. we are cooking raw grated coconut and other masala then grinding it, after grinding we kept for some days to remove too much oil.Too much oil is coming from the product, we. Loss some amount of spice mix also through that oil. We want to prevent oil oosing from the product.
