Hello, Could you advice a source for hazelnut cream and ingredient of hazelnut cream ?
I can say hazelnut paste is very improtant ; roasting level and acidity.I suugest you you should contact big hazelnut companty; Progıda, Gürsoy, Poyraz…etc.
