Hi everyone! Not sure if this is the right place for my topic, but anyway… I am looking for a recipe for cooked chicken ham, made from breast. The catch is it has to be e free and no allergens. I have tried, but so far I am not satisfied with the result. It doesn’t maintain a nice white-pinkish colour and it kinda falls appart after treatment. Any ideas are welcome.
That will be a difficult task to do…the color of the meat necessitates the need for e additives…
