   Your question should be more clear. Which PH do you want to reach to ? What is the water current PH ? I think you can do some basic tests and solve the problem.

   A molar solution of NaHCO3 gives a pH of around 8. .saturated solution could give up to 9.You want higher pH use sodium carbonate solution as that can provide you pH of 10 to 11.
