Chestnut to obtain alcohol

How can we hydrolyze the chestnut and to obtain alcohol from chestnut

   Thank you for answer; We want to produce alcohol with chestnut but chestnut is starch substance and we need to make chestnut liquid use to some beverage 😊

   So i understand that you want to add chestnut in an alcohol drink. Not producing alcohol from chestnut. Am i right ?

   first we have to hydrolyze the chestnut to get the chestnut juice, and add to sugar them then we will get the alcohol
