Strawberry yoghurts without bleaching?

Please what is the best organic strawberry colour that can be used for strawberry yoghurts production without bleaching of the strawberry yoghurts?

   I would use maybe Beetroot extract powder gives a nice red/pink colour used at low levels.

   Roha also has yoghurt natural Carmine replacers as well as DDW Color.
