Hello guys
So I have been thinking of edible oil pressing and filtration without the refinery process. Will the product(oil) be stable for market if not please state reasons. If not what's the cheapest refinery process I can use. I just realised that my country imports the higher percentage of cooking oil so thinking of producing an oil along those lines but affordable, from seeds like sunflower, soya etc.

I suggest you study the economics,facilities,,and technology of extracting vegetable oils from sunflowers and soybean before you embark on thzt business..
You are underestimating it totally..
