Milk jam is a sort of caramelized milk sugar mixture flavored with vanilla. If refrigerated it has an effective shelf life of 2 weeks. For Long shelf life, then its should be bottled or canned and you had to study how to preserve jam by bottling or canning so you will get the idea how to create a long lasting milk jam,
