This study investigated the protective effects of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis polysaccharides (GP) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced immunosuppression and oxidative stress in mice and explored how GP modulates macrophage polarization through the TLR4/NF-κB signaling axis.
