Polyphenols Composition and Antioxydant Capacity of Herbal Tea Composite Citrus sinensis Peel and Moringa oleifera Leaf

This study aimed to determine the polyphenolic composition, to evaluate the antioxydant activity of composite teas of Citrus sinensis peel and Moringa oleifera leaves.
