Elucidating the Nutritional Profile and Biochemical Characterization of High-Energy Nutritional Bar Formulated with Sukkari Date Paste and Mixed Nuts
Growing health consciousness drives demand for convenient, nutrient-dense snacks. This study evaluates five Sukkari date-mixed-nut bar formulations (DNB1–DNB5; date/nut ratios 40:60–80:20) through comprehensive biochemical and nutritional analyses.
