This study investigated individual/combined nitrogen (N) and potassium (K) deficiencies on ginseng root aroma using GC–MS metabolomics. Four treatments (normal supply, N deficiency (LN), K deficiency (LK), and dual deficiency (LNLK)) were analyzed.
